The classification of the masterbatch method commonly used have the following kinds:

Classified by the carrier, such as PE masterbatch, PP masterbatch, ABS masterbatch masterbatch, PVC, EVA masterbatch, etc

Classification according to the use, such as injection of masterbatch, blowing masterbatch, spinning, masterbatch, etc

And each type can be divided into different levels, such as:

1. Advanced injection masterbatch:

Used in cosmetics packaging, toys, electrical appliances and other advanced products.  

2. Normal injection masterbatch:

For general daily plastic products, industrial containers, etc.  

3. Advanced film blowing masterbatch:

Used for blow molding ultra-thin products color.  

4. Ordinary blown film masterbatch:

For general packaging bags, woven bags blowing shading.  

5. Spinning masterbatch:

Used in textile fiber spinning color, pigment pigment particles, high concentration, strong tinting strength, heat resistance, good light fastness.  

6. Low-level masterbatch:

Used in the manufacture of low-level products of color quality request is not high, such as trash can, low-level containers, etc.   

7, dedicated masterbatch:

Is according to the user specified for products of plastic varieties, use the same plastic as the carrier of masterbatch. Such as PP masterbatch, ABS pigment respectively choose PP, ABS as a carrier.   

General color master: it with some kind of resin (often low melting point of PE) as the carrier, but it can be applied to other resin except the carrier resin color.

Universal masterbatch is relatively simple, but the drawback is more, recommend that users choose special masterbatch.  

Dedicated masterbatch heat level is generally adapted and used for products of plastic, under normal temperature, can be at ease use. Only in the following situations will cause varying degrees of color, one is the temperature is beyond the normal range, one is the down time is too long.  

9, masterbatch coloring compared with granulation coloring has the following advantages:
